Pressing & Dish End Forming:

We have several press machines such as 1200 MT to 3300 MT presses, spinning machines and dishing machines.

Having dishing machinery such as that is not commonly owned in the region provides a competitive advantage for Ferrofab by enabling us to meet the unique demands of the market. This specialized machinery provides us a distinct edge in the marketplace. Moreover, owning this machinery also enables Ferrofab to cater to the needs of more clients.

Having an in-house dishing and pressing facility is uncommon in the region, hence providing a competitive advantage for Ferrofab. With several press machines such as 1200 MT to 3300 MT presses, spinning machines and dishing machines, we can meet the unique demands of the market.

 

Our machinery and capabilities consist of:

In house Dish spinning of 6m diameter

  • Can spin 50mm dish end with a max of 4.8m

  • Can spin 45mm dish end with a max of 6.5m

  • Can spin 40mm dish end with a max of 7m

In-house Max Press of 3300 MT

Types of Dish Heads:

  • 2:1 Ellipsoidal

  • Hemispherical Head

  • 10% Torispherical

  • Flat End Dishend
